Fabrini da pra SA de CV will charge you 50% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit of your reservation by credit card. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon check-in, in cash or credit card.
– Reservations made 15 days before the arrival date will have a 100% charge. This transaction is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
– Once the 50% payment has been successfully received, we will send you a confirmation by email within 48 hours. It is important to bring a copy of the reservation confirmation, as it will be requested at the reception during check-in.
– In the event that the deposit payment has not been completed successfully, you will be contacted via email to request payment again within 24 hours of being notified. If you do not receive a response and do not complete the specified payment period, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
– Payments made by bank transfer have an additional 45usd transaction fee.
– Once you have paid the deposit for a reservation, it is considered that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations.


-The María del Mar hotel only accepts children from 12 years old.-Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date do not pay any type of refund (does not apply to the Holiday Season).
– Reservations can be modified 20 days before arrival; Any changes are subject to availability (not applicable during the holiday season).
– Cancellations made within the holiday season (December 20 to January 7) will not be refundable if canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
– Reservations within the holiday season (December 20 to January 7) can be modified 20 days before arrival; Any changes are subject to availability.
– In the event of cancellation or reduction of reservations made more than 30 days (holiday season days) prior to arrival, a $45 transaction fee penalty charge will be absorbed for all refunds to be applied.
– The refund must be made within a period of 5 to 10 days after recognition from us by bank transfer.
